The 50-year-old ASI from Patiala whose left hand was chopped off by a group pf assailants, while enforcing the curfew, got his hand re-attached by the doctors in PGI Chandigarh on Sunday. After seven and half hours of challenging surgery, his hand re-implantation was done successfully.
