Curbs back after street clashes in Valley

Restrictions on movement were reimposed in parts of the Valley and 2G mobile connectivity was withdrawn from Jammu on Sunday after instances of stone-pelting and spread of fake news online gave the administration security jitters ahead of primary schools and government offices reopening on Monday. Public transport was also off the roads amid reports of clashes in Srinagar.

Any talks with Pak now will only be on PoK: Rajnath Singh

Defence minister Rajnath Singh on Sunday cited Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK) as the single issue on which any dialogue could be held with Pakistan. "There will be a dialogue with Pakistan only after it ends support for terrorism," Singh said. Flash floods, landslides kill 31 in HP, Uttarakhand

At least 31 people were killed, 10 were missing and hundreds of tourists left stranded as another day of torrential rains in the hill states of Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand triggered flash floods, landslides and uprooting of trees on Sunday. Over 670 roads are blocked across Himachal Pradesh, which received 1,065% higher than normal.

'No shame': Shah slams Cong's triple talaq stand
